1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing Auvex creates a legal relationship between you and the operator of the application under the terms stated on this page. Anyone who opens, browses, registers for, or otherwise utilizes the platform is expected to read these provisions carefully before proceeding.

If these conditions are not acceptable to you, the proper course is to discontinue use of the application immediately. Remaining on the platform, creating an account, or interacting with its features signifies acknowledgment of this agreement in its current form.

2. Service Description

Auvex offers a digital environment focused on style-oriented community participation, aesthetic inspiration, personalized accessory-related engagement, and AI-assisted reference image tools. The exact structure, tools, and availability of the Service may evolve over time as the application is refined, expanded, limited, or reorganized.

Certain features may be added, adjusted, paused, or removed without an obligation to preserve any particular format or function indefinitely. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, ongoing compatibility with every device, or permanent access to any specific part of the platform.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Use of Auvex is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By accessing the platform, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.

All users are expected to behave responsibly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• employ the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• post, transmit, or encourage harassment, abuse, threats, or harmful conduct toward others;
• introduce malware, malicious code, unauthorized scripts, or any technology intended to disrupt operations;

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or credentials, whether undertaken by you or by someone using your access without permission due to your failure to keep login details secure. 4. Intellectual Property

The application, including its software, visual layout, branding, text, design elements, compilations, and underlying technology, remains the property of its developer or applicable rights holders. Those materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be appropriated except as expressly permitted.

Auvex grants users a narrow, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service for personal, lawful use in accordance with these Terms. We do not assure that the Service will always be secure, error-free, current, or suitable for your individual expectations. Use of the platform, reliance on any output, and interaction with user-submitted or generated material remain at your own discretion and risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers connected with Auvex shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from or related to your access to, inability to access, or reliance upon the Service.

This exclusion includes, without limitation, damages connected to loss of profits, loss of data, corrupted files, interrupted business activity, device issues, reputational harm, or the procurement of substitute services, even where the possibility of such harm had been discussed or was reasonably foreseeable.

7. Account Termination

Access to Auvex may be restricted, suspended, or ended at our discretion when conduct appears inconsistent with these Terms, presents risk to other users, exposes the platform to legal or security concerns, or otherwise calls for immediate action. Notice may be given, but it is not required before such measures are taken.

Users remain free to stop using the Service at any time. Ending use of the application does not automatically erase obligations or liabilities that arose before access ended.

8. Terms Modification

From time to time, these Terms may be revised to reflect operational changes, legal developments, safety requirements, or adjustments to the Service itself. When an updated version is published, the revised text becomes the controlling version as of its stated effective date.

These Terms shall be interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the operator of Auvex, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of a different legal framework.

Before formal proceedings are initiated, the parties should first attempt to address any disagreement through good-faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the courts or dispute resolution forum with proper authority in the applicable jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law requires another process.
